Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, including all packaging, cables, and accessories, and perform a factory reset to clear your personal data.

  Ship to FOSSiBOT

  Securely pack your items and ship them to our designated service center using the provided RMA label to ensure your return is tracked and processed correctly.

  Inspection and Refund
